Killer snails at large!

18 June, 2009 · Leave a Comment

So last week I’m prancing down the street in the rain, when suddenly I slip on something, and slide along the sidewalk.

I look back, and literally ten feet of sidewalk is smeared with remnants of something slimey. I look under my boot, and what do I find? A fucking snail! And I like snails, I think they’re cute. But I don’t like snails who lurk in bushes and zoom out in front of me in vain attempt to become very small skate as I walk by.

On the upside though, it was a Spanish slug, which in Denmark are called killer snails (way cooler name, right?), so I didn’t feel too bad about it (also killer snail trying to trip me? totally living up to his name or at least trying to). There’s nothing worse than stepping on something, and hear tell tale crushing noise of snails previous home now reduced to debris, and sad homeless snail weeping on the sidewalk (might be getting carried away a bit now).

Another upside? I didn’t fall and decapitate myself , which maybe means, I’m becoming more graceful or lucky. I’m crossing my fingers for lucky.

Some one killed Bill.

So apparently there are a lot of interesting theories surfacing as to David Carradines recent (and tragic) death.

Is it too early to make jokes about the 5 point palm exploding heart technique? Probably.

Baz Luhrmann was right!

2 June, 2009 · Leave a Comment

Just had a couple of perfect summer days. I got up, took one look out of the window, and immediately proceeded to slather sunscreen on, then put on my bikini.

“THEN, put on my bikini”, baaaaaaad idea. Always put your bikini on first, cause chances are, that you’re underwear and bikini won’t be the exact same cut, and subsequently you’ll get fried, FRIED I tell you.

Am hiddeously red in several places, including underneath and between boobs, and all way around crotch. Which is why I’m wearing SPF 50 today, even though I’m at work, at probably won’t flash anyone (of course, you never know).

Take the sound advice of Baz Luhrmann, Wear Sunscreen.

Dear Self.

Please stop teaching your selfinvented AWESOME slang to obnoxious people.

Suddenly it’s not cool anymore, just annoying.

Like “fetch” in Mean Girls.

Do you play?

19 May, 2009 · Leave a Comment

Actionhat is one of the coolest games around. If you haven’t played, you should definitely try it.

Ingredients: A group of friends, 4 minimum as you have to be in teams. Pens, paper, floorspace and a hat hat1

Make different notes of celebrity names, preferably someone everybody knows. Let’s say a group of 4 write down 5 names each on different notes, fold, and put into hat.

Each team has 30 seconds in each round to guess as many names as possible.

Round 1: You’re allowed to describe as much as you want, but you can’t say the person on the notes name. Say you draw Paris Hilton, “Tall, skanky heiress with small dog” should suffice for your teammate to guess it. If you draw a name and for some reason haven’t heard of the person on it, you’re allowed to put it down again and draw a new one, but NOT if you’ve already started describing. Keep the note when you’re team mate guesses the name on it, and count them when the round is over.

Round 2: You’re allowed to describe with one word, i.e. “heiress” if Paris Hilton is drawn. Eeeh, uummm, hmmm and the likes ALL count as words, so be careful. Again, keep the note when you get the name.

Round 3: You’re not allowed to say anything, instead mime you’re ass off.

Tally up all the notes you got right in each round. Guess who the winning team is? Yeah, the one with most notes.

If you want more or fewer celebrity names, or more or less time in the rounds you’re totally free to decide that with your playmates, these are just guidelines.

Now go play!

More from Floorwars.

19 May, 2009 · Leave a Comment

]I uploaded all my vids to Youtube, some of them are kind of long (10 minutes), anyway, if you want to see them, look below.

You can also try to search for my name on youtoube: PlaygroundPsychotics. Really wanted to be Peaches in Regalia, but some other Frank Zappa fan snatched that right up, an “moving-to-Montana-soon-gonna-be-a-dentalfloss- tycoon” seemed a bit long.

Anyway, I guess I’m kind of hard to find in there, because of all the Frank Zappa fans and video uploads of Playground Psychotics. Lesson learned. Next time choose completely random name, though not too random, because chances are, somebody else already took it, and suddenly you’re stuck with Dzø&%@gnarfx½.

Allright, you didn’t come here to hear me ramble on, so I present to you… FLOORWARS!

And yes, it IS me schreeching like a wild hyena in the background, but I was drunk, and all the dancers were amazing.

You get your hairdresser to do this:

Edited to add: The reason I look so tired is I just woke up from a 2 hour nap, and had to rush to meet Anders and Søren on time. We went to a new club for gays and lesbians. Check it out @ http://www.beproud.dk/
